易设计程序中有个cxmtvr.dll 文件，容易被杀毒软件误报为病毒查杀。现把解决方法提供给各位用户。

E-design contain a “ cxmtvr.dll ” file, which may be killed by antivirus software. the recover method state below.

打开易家纺网站右上角的下载板块，http://www.easysofthome.com/download

Open the  downlod area in upper right corner of Easysofthome website, http://www.easysofthome.com/download

下载 易家纺软件.exe

Download Easysofthome software.exe

下载完成后开始安装，安装的过程中最好退出杀毒软件，以免报错。

Install once download done,we suggest you exit antivirus software, in order to avoid  any error.

安装完成后，双击桌面的易家纺开始运行，输入账号密码登录。

After install done, double click Easysofthome icon, input account name and password to sign in.

点击“三维成品设计”，容易出现杀毒软件报错（以360杀毒和360卫士为例），因为360的弹窗时间比较短，很快就会隐去，不易把握操作时机，出现报错信息，无法运行三维设计界面。

Click "3D products design", easy to have antivirus software error massage（example with 360 antivirus and 360 security），it's soonly vanished due to time of 360 pop-up is thort， hard to operating，error massage  appeared，3D design page can not running.

打开360杀毒，“查看隔离文件”，可以看到下图：

Open 360 antivirus software，"check quarantined files",please see 

勾选后，选择“恢复”。见下图

After tick off , choose “restore”. See below pic.

选择“将文件恢复到原来所在目录”，下面勾选“恢复后信任此文件，不再查杀”，再点击“恢复”。出现下图。

Choose" restore files in original contents",tick off " have confidence on this file and no longer killing"，click "restore" again. As below pic

问题即可解决。
